You do not need to be home. Pickup and delivery are always free.

One-off orders are $1.75 per pound with free pickup and delivery. For regular laundry, subscriptions are the way to go:

Each bag holds up to 30 lbs. Partner and Family plans include 1-month bag rollover and $0.10 off per pound for extras. Code WELCOME20 for $20 off your first month.
