How Laundry Pickup & Delivery Works

The Simple Version

You schedule a pickup. We come get your laundry. We wash and fold it. We bring it back. That is it.

Step 1: Schedule Your Pickup

Go to laundriii.trycents.com/order and choose your pickup time. You can also call us at 888-411-8081 to schedule by phone.

You will choose:

• Your pickup date and time window
• Your delivery preference (next-day is standard)
• Whether this is a one-off order or subscription

First-time subscribers can use code WELCOME20 for $20 off the first month.

Step 2: We Pick Up From Your Door

On your scheduled day, place your laundry by your door in any bag or hamper. Our driver arrives during your time window, collects everything, and heads to our facility at 1795 W San Carlos St.

Tips for a smooth pickup:

• Use any bag you have — trash bags, laundry bags, hampers, whatever works
• If you have special instructions (separate certain items, specific detergent preferences), include a note or add it to your order online
• You do not need to be home — just leave the laundry at your door or a designated spot

Step 3: We Wash and Fold Everything

Your laundry arrives at our facility where our team gets to work:

• Sorting — We separate colors, whites, and delicates
• Washing — We use high-quality, commercially rated detergent in our professional machines (up to 90 lbs capacity)
• Drying — Proper temperatures for each fabric type
• Folding — Everything is neatly folded and organized
• Packaging — Your clean laundry is bagged and labeled for delivery

We treat your laundry like our own. If you have preferences for detergent, water temperature, or handling, let us know and we will accommodate.

Step 4: We Deliver It Back Fresh

Your clean, folded laundry comes back to your door on your delivery day — usually within 24 hours of pickup. Everything is neatly packaged and ready to put away.

You do not need to be home for delivery either. We can leave it at your door or at a spot you designate.

You have two options:

One-Off Orders

Pay per pound for a single pickup and delivery. No commitment. Great for trying the service or for occasional use.

Subscription Plans (Best Value)

For recurring service, our subscription plans use per-bag pricing with weekly or biweekly pickups:

Each bag holds up to 30 lbs. Partner and Family plans include 1-month bag rollover and $0.10 off per pound for extra laundry.
