We are open 7am to 10pm every day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

We offer four main services:

Self-Service Laundromat
What size washers and dryers do you have?
We have a range of machine sizes to fit any load. Our largest washers handle up to 90 pounds, which is perfect for king-size comforters, sleeping bags, and oversized blankets. Smaller machines are available for regular-size loads.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our machines accept both coins and cards. No need to bring a roll of quarters.
Is your laundromat attended?
Yes. Our facility is staffed during all operating hours. There is always someone on site if you need help or have questions.
Do you have WiFi?
Yes. Free WiFi is available throughout the facility so you can work, browse, or stream while you wait.
Is there parking?

How does wash and fold work?
Bring your laundry to us during business hours. We wash, dry, and fold everything for you. Come back and pick it up — usually within 24 hours.
How much does wash and fold cost?
Our wash and fold service is priced per pound for one-off orders. For exact pricing, call us at 888-411-8081 or stop by. For recurring service, our subscription plans use per-bag pricing starting at $99 per month.
How long does wash and fold take?
We turn around most orders within 24 hours. Drop off in the morning and pick up the next day.
Do you separate colors and whites?
Yes. We sort all laundry before washing to prevent color bleeding and ensure the best results.
Can I drop off comforters and bedding for wash and fold?
Absolutely. We handle comforters, duvets, blankets, sheets, and all types of bedding. Our large-capacity machines are built for bulky items.

Most orders are returned within 24 hours.

We deliver throughout San Jose, including West San Jose, Willow Glen, Rose Garden, Campbell, Santa Clara, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, and surrounding neighborhoods. Check laundriii.trycents.com/order to confirm your address is in our delivery zone.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?

How do I schedule a pickup?
Go to laundriii.trycents.com/order to schedule your first pickup. You can choose your preferred pickup and delivery times.
What if I am not home during pickup or delivery?
You can leave your laundry in a bag at your door for pickup. For delivery, we can leave your clean laundry at a designated spot. Contact us to set up your preferred arrangement.

What subscription plans do you offer?
We offer three plans with per-bag pricing:

Do unused bags roll over?
The Partner and Family plans include a 1-month rollover for unused bags. The individual plan does not include rollover.
Can I get additional laundry done beyond my plan?
Yes. Partner and Family plan members get $0.10 off per pound for laundry beyond their included bags.
